ESG Manager

Reporting to the CCSV Director, the successful applicant will be responsible for leading and coordinating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) programmes across the organization. The successful applicant will be responsible for direct communication with the company's customers in all matters related to the job.

Key responsibilities:

1. Management of and collaborates with Sustainable Tobacco Program and Customer Programs to ensure ESG sustainability targets and specific focus strategies are achieved (STP, GAP, MVR, WASH, ALP etc.)
2. Lead ESG strategy and coordinate sustainability programmes.
3. Manage ESG governance and stakeholder engagement.
4. Oversee ESG systems, data and reporting for both CSVC and Processing operations.
5. Ensure compliance, audits and monitoring.
6. Conduct ESG risk assessments and mitigation.
7. Develop ESG policies, SOPs and drive continuous improvement.
8. Drive change management initiatives.
9. Oversee sustainability and forestry teams, as well as capability development.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Degree in Environmental / Social Science or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years ESG or sustainability experience.
3. Experience in agriculture or manufacturing desirable.
4. Strong project management and data analysis.
5. Experience in ESG reporting and audits.
