Job Title: Gold Production Assistant

Location: Zimbabwe (site-based, near Harare)

Company Overview
Our client is an established gold mining operation in Zimbabwe that runs its own processing and gold recovery section on site.

Role Overview
This is a hands-on, site-based role. The Assistant reports to the Gold Production Manager and supports the gravity concentration and final gold recovery processes. It suits someone who works hard, can be trusted and follows procedures carefully in a secure, high-trust area. Previous plant processing experience is not essential. Attitude and reliability matter most.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain concentrate bowls
• Operate and maintain the Falcon gravity concentrator
• Operate the gold shaking table and carry out gravity recoverable gold (GRG) work
• Carry out final gold recovery work, including acid digestion and concentrate drying
• Assist with smelting when required
• Support general final gold recovery operations as directed by the Gold Production Manager

Requirements

• Strong work ethic
• Honest and trustworthy, suited to working in a secure gold recovery area
• Dedicated and dependable
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures carefully
• Willing to live on site

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to gold processing, gravity concentration or smelting would be an advantage, but is not essential
