Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic IT Manager (Infrastructure) to join their team in Kitwe. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and strengthen the backbone of a growing organization's technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee servers, networks, and storage systems to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Drive IT security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning.
• Lead and mentor IT support staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align infrastructure with operational needs.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service-level agreements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Proven expertise in IT security and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
