INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to drive process optimisation, operational efficiency and continuous improvement across a large and diverse business environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyse and optimise business processes, workflows and resource utilisation.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement initiatives to improve productivity, service levels and operational performance.
• Develop and monitor operational metrics, KPIs and performance improvement initiatives.
• Conduct process, workflow and capacity analysis to support informed business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve turnaround times and optimise the use of resources.
• Work closely with operations, supply chain, warehousing, retail and other departments to improve processes.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the organisation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant industrial experience.
• Strong experience in process optimisation, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Experience in construction projects or project-based environments is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to analyse complex processes and translate findings into practical improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
