Our client is a leading African enterprise with offices in Zimbabwe, specializing in inspections, stock monitoring and management, sampling and analysis, and collateral management.

Role Summary

The Business Analyst will support the delivery, implementation, and ongoing improvement of SIS Group digital systems. This position bridges operational needs and technology solutions by analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and executing comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements & Process Mapping: Capture, analyze, and document business requirements, operational workflows, rules, and system records.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Design, map, and execute system testing and UAT. Document test results, track defects, and confirm resolutions.
• Implementation & Alignment: Validate proposed functionality against business needs, addressing gaps and inconsistencies. Support pilot launches, rollouts, user readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously identify, document, and manage system and process enhancement opportunities based on operational feedback.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Education: Degree or accredited diploma in Business Analysis, Information Systems, IT, Business Administration, or Project Management.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Business Analysis, systems implementation, UAT, or digital transformation environments.
• Certifications: Business Analysis certification is considered a strong advantage.
• Technical & Analytical Capabilities: Proven skill in mapping workflows, writing detailed requirement specs, and executing structured testing.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to bridge technical and operational teams effectively.
