Job Description:

EXECUTIVE PA TO DIRECTORS – TETE, MOZAMBIQUE

Our client, a leading tobacco organisation, is seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Directors.

This is a full-time, relocation-based position in Tete, Mozambique, with accommodation provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Directors
  • Manage complex diaries, schedules and appointments
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, reports and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries and logistics
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinate communication with senior management and key stakeholders
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other relevant technology effectively
    Assist with general executive administration and ad hoc requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an Executive PA, Personal Assistant or similar senior administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Word
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment
  • Mature, adaptable and willing to relocate to Tete, Mozambique

  • Accommodation will be provided.
  • Couples or families may also be considered, depending on individual circumstances, with potential opportunities for a spouse or partner within the wider organisation. Schooling is also available for children.
