About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Area Specialist to drive business growth and expansion outside of Harare. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with hands-on sales and marketing expertise to manage key client relationships and build market presence in designated territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets within the assigned region.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Conduct field visits, market intelligence gathering, and customer needs analysis.
• Provide technical product guidance and commercial support to clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to ensure consistent growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in commercial sales and marketing, ideally within the agricultural or lubricants industries.
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Relocation: Willingness to relocate out of Harare at own expense.
• High self-motivation, independence, and strong territory management ability.
