We are seeking an experienced Crusher Foreman to oversee crushing operations and ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical expertise and proven experience leading crushing crews.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervise and lead crushing crews to achieve safe and efficient plant operations.
• Operate, maintain, diagnose, and repair crushing equipment.
• Manage crushing circuits incorporating jaw and cone crushers.
• Identify and resolve mechanical and operational issues with minimal reliance on the Engineering team.
• Ensure plant reliability, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years' relevant crushing experience.
• Previous experience at Foreman level or above is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with jaw and cone crushers.
• Technically competent with proven fault-finding, maintenance, and repair capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a crushing crew.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
