MECHANIC – HARARE

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to carry out the servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repair of vehicles and equipment, ensuring they remain safe, reliable and operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out repairs.
• Repair and replace defective components, including engines, brakes, suspension and transmission systems.
• Perform vehicle fault-finding and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to required standards.
• Identify potential mechanical problems and recommend corrective action.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant automotive/mechanical qualification or trade certificate.
• At least 3 years' experience as a Mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems and diagnostics.
• Ability to use mechanical tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage.
