About the Role

We are seeking an analytical and results-driven Process Engineer to drive metallurgical performance, throughput efficiency, and plant optimization. You will analyze mineral processing circuits to maximize recovery rates while maintaining cost efficiency and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize mineral processing plant operations (crushing, grinding, flotation, leaching, extraction).

• Conduct mass/energy balance calculations and metallurgical sampling to improve process yield.

• Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and recommend plant modifications.

• Manage reagent usage, chemical handling, and process water management safely.

• Collaborate with production teams to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, or Process Engineering.

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in mineral processing/metallurgy within the mining industry.

• Gold processing experience is required.

• Expertise in process optimization, flowsheet development, and metallurgical accounting.

• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

• Availability to start in September 2026.
